Olive Egger

A hybrid crossed with an Easter Egger and a Dark Brown Egg Layer; usually a Barnevelder or a Welsummer, Olive Eggers might resemble an Easter Egger in feather color but will produce an olive-colored egg. This breed is able to thrive in both cold and hot environments, making it an ideal choice for chicken communities that favor an easy-going bird with a disastrously striking uncommon egg color.
